A situation with women that transcends race;

Women and the wrong men; Girls and the bad boy

Is there a reason for that, when in the end – it doesn’t bring real joy.

Convicted of participating in her boyfriend’s drug deals

She was abused, beaten and referred to as a mule.

This was Kemba’s story – who ended up in prison;

with a message, ‘don’t get caught up’ – - ladies you’ve got to listen.

Though in that life, somehow it seemed

she felt sorry for him, and with her in his life, just maybe he would change.

Never dreaming her life would be in jeopardy

but the day came when she was pregnant, locked up, not knowing if she’d ever be free.

They can’t help it? Are they set up and directed by nature;

young girls who want to change them, are they doomed to danger?

 

Ladies you have a good mind and the gift of intuition

so you will be warned and informed, but you MUST listen.

When we Listen, and pay attention to what we know is really there

We’ll watch that Bad Boy from a distance and stay away from there.
