Hi, Im from Sacramento I just so happen to be in Oakland and i Heard you on KMEL and I just want to tell you i appreciate the service you did tonight and Respect that your talking about these issues There is alot of violence in Sacramento as well a lot of Neighborhood shootings and drive byes just on the 4th a Baby was hit. It seems like The sounds of gun shots cover the summer nights in south Sacramento The stop light seems like a war zone because anything can happen in traffic We need More people out here to talk about these issues and why life is valuable Alot of us grew up in it so its hard to see that there is more out here for all of us It would really be nice to hear you on the radio in Sac i feel like you can reach out to many of us out here and Maybe they’ll Listen because i know many people In my city feel like there is no hope And i believe with God anything is possible . It would be nice to hear a outreaching voice I myself am only 18 and didn’t have people Telling me to value my life growing up I had to learn the hard way how much my life is worth seeing all my homie’s Die and go from juvenile hall to the pin Watching all these women and Men in my life have that Jesabell spirit and Be stuck in the game I Really feel like you can reach out to my community as well .You truly are doing a great Job I was touched by tonites service and hope to one day hear street soldiers in My city
